R&N
R&N Cuerpo y Alma is a seaside wellness space in Villa Gesell, Argentina, offering spa experiences, massage, beauty treatments, yoga, meditation and water relaxation.
VISIT WEBSITE

CONTEXT
R&N was a new business with an established identity. I brought it to the web from start to finish, working independently on experience design, copy, SEO and Framer development.
The website needed to convey the space’s calm while clearly presenting a broad offer — spa, massage, beauty treatments, yoga and therapies — speaking naturally to an Argentinian audience and always leading towards booking.

PROBLEMS AND GOALS
A spa website must convey calm and turn visits into bookings. R&N was also starting from zero: a new business with no online reputation, a broad offer and an Argentinian audience whose language and search habits differ from those in Spain.
Problems
Build trust from scratch
Without reviews or a track record, the website was the business’s first impression. It needed to demonstrate the quality of the space and service before the first enquiry.
A broad offer that is difficult to organise
Spa, massage, beauty treatments, yoga, meditation and water relaxation: too many options to present together without overwhelming visitors seeking something specific.
Booking without a booking system
Bookings are managed through WhatsApp and Instagram. The website needed to lead smoothly to that contact with common questions already answered.
SEO and copy for a different market
The website targets an Argentinian audience with different language and search habits from Spain. Copy and SEO required market research to sound local and appear in relevant searches.
Photographs below the required quality
The available images had been taken by employees. They lacked the professional quality needed for a website intended to convey calm and confidence.
Goals
Build confidence before first contact
Show the real space, team and working approach so the decision does not depend on reviews.
Help everyone find their experience
Organise the offer so visitors reach what they need in a few clicks, with enough information to decide.
Turn interest into a booking
Keep booking within reach, including on mobile, through each person’s preferred channel.
Sound local and be found
Use Argentinian vocabulary and SEO based on how people search for these services in Villa Gesell.
Images worthy of the experience
Edit the available images so the website conveys the quality of the space and services.
SOLUTION
A four-step journey: inspire confidence, help people choose, simplify booking and adapt the narrative.
Inspire confidence
The homepage shows the real space through edited photographs, the “Inside R&N” carousel and the brands they work with.
Help people choose
Every experience has a page with the information needed to decide, such as massage duration and pricing.
Simplify booking
Every route ends in a call to action: WhatsApp, Instagram or a form with an experience selector.
Speak naturally to Argentinians
Argentinian phrasing such as “Reservá” and “Conocé”, local vocabulary and SEO for services in Villa Gesell.

ARCHITECTURE
A broad offer organised into one page per experience. Every route leads to the same action: booking.

DESIGN DECISIONS
Every decision addresses a challenge: build trust, organise a broad offer, be found and encourage bookings while preserving the space’s calm.
Showing the real space, dedicating a page to each experience, simplifying booking and answering questions are key to organising the offer, improving search and encouraging bookings while retaining a sense of calm.
Show the real space
Photographs of the space, the “Inside R&N” carousel and partner brands build the trust that reviews cannot yet provide.

CONCLUSION
For R&N, I handled the website from start to finish: design, copy, SEO and development. The challenge was to help a new business with no online reputation and a broad offer generate trust and bookings from day one. The answer was a clear journey written for an Argentinian audience.
Learnings
Build trust without an established reputation
A new business has no reviews. Trust had to come from the journey: clear information, a friendly tone and well-explained experiences.
Write for the person booking
Adapting the copy to an Argentinian audience changed the tone and vocabulary across the website.
Organise a broad offer without overwhelming
With so many experiences, structuring the journey to reach the right one quickly mattered most.
Reduce friction all the way to booking
Booking currently depends on WhatsApp. Designing for the final step led me to propose an integrated booking system as a next step.
Next steps
Measure impact
Analyse the searches bringing visitors in, the most viewed experiences and how many visits lead to booking messages. Use the findings to refine content and SEO.
Book experiences on the website
Propose an integrated booking system so bookings can be made at any time without a WhatsApp conversation.
Validate the journey with real users
Run usability tests to check that visitors can find their experience and book without uncertainty.
